Fort Hood Store Manager

Responsibilities:

- Create an environment that will bring repeat customers
- Supervise the daily operations of the store
- Develop business strategies to expand store traffic and optimize                profitability
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies          and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising                   standards
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance
- Manage payroll

Requirements:

- Minimum 1-2 years of a Leadership experience from apparel sales-           driven environments
- Capable of standing and walking around during scheduled hours
- Team Player with a can do attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- High School Diploma or GED equivalent​
