Wandering Cowboys Online will gladly exchange,
repair, or credit your credit card on any merchandise purchased
from Wandering Cowboys Online within 14 days of purchase if
the merchandise is in exactly the same condition if was received
and you have been provided an RMA for returning
the merchandise.
If your return is authorized, you will receive an RMA # (Return
Merchandise Authorize Number) via email. Merchandise must
be accompanied by an email confirmation and be in saleable
condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn).
If you require a refund, a 10% restocking fee will
be applied.
Boots may be exchanged or returned only if the soles are
unscratched and the boots are in as-new condition. When trying
on boots, be sure to walk only in carpeted areas until you
are sure that your boots fit correctly.

Factory shipped
